CWA Members e-mail list

The list is a private list - you have to be a CWA member to join it, to send messages to it etc.

As well as send and receive messages to and from all members of the list, you can

- Access a list of email addresses of list members, allowing you to send private emails.
- Access the list archive.

Because it is a private list, you will need to join the list to do these things.

List Etiquette

- to communicate information and news regarding the CWA, e.g. regarding the congresses.
- to have general discussion regarding matters of interest to the CWA membership
- to establish better contact between members

1. You should only send messages which relate to the list purposes.
2. Messages advertising your wares or services are acceptable as long as they are not over-long or over-frequent.
3. You should look at the list archive to see if your topic has been discussed before.
4. Do not send personal messages to the list. Check the address list and send your message direct.
5. Please be careful not to propagate spam or messages relating to (or including!) viruses.
6. The preferred language of the list is English. However we may be able to arrange translations for some important (preferably short!) messages. As a minimum a brief summary in English is desirable.
7. You should not send large files to the list, e.g. gifs. (The maximum message size is 100k, anyway). If you wish to publish a large file, please ask who would like to receive it individually, or put it on a web page and refer to that. If you do not have access to a web page, the CWA web page can be used for that purpose. Just contact Sally Whytehead to arrange it.

Note: Because the list is a private one, you will need to be authorised, after your request is submitted. If you have any problem with this, contact the list owner.
