Regalements
1. The candidates within the framework categories of age by the date of the beginning of the competition can take part in it:
A – till 16 age inclusive
B – 17-22 age inclusive
Superior category of age is also permitted to participate at the competition.
The interpreters to whistle can take part only in A category, till 14 age.
2. The competitors classified on the 1-3 places will get diplomas and prizes of money. The prizes will be awarded by the international jury made up of remarkable personalities, which will estimate both technical and artistic side of the candidates performance. The decision of the jury is definitive and incontestable.
3. According to interpreting level of competitors, the jury candonot grand prizes or grand special prizes.
4. The first stage is eliminatory.
5. The pieces will be played from memory.
6. The repertory must include pieces of different genre, style, character and doesn’t repeats.
7. On demand, the organizers will make contacted available copies of the obligatory pieces (from the telephone or letter, beginning from March).
8. The competitors must be accompanied by their own piano accompanist.
9. The member of the jury must not have a pupil or a student participant of competition.
10. Competitors and accompanists will be accommodated in the lyceum internat.
Participation condition
1. The entry fee is 30 EURO, “A” category, 35 EURO, B category. The payment will be done in Lei R.M.
2. Competitors not living in Moldova are asked to pay their fee after arrival at the competition.
3. The application form for the competition is confirmed by the conductor of the school, and will be made by May, 15th 2010 (post date) to the address:

4. The participants will send with the application form the following papers:
- a copy (xerox) birth certificate;
- a photo portrait white black 9x13;
- the candidate’s country composers or piece from contemporary composer for IInd stage.
5. All expenses for competition will be pay by competitor.
6. The meals can be paid served at the canteen of the Lyceum beginning breakfast, 20st June and ending dinner, 25th of June
7. The official opening of Competition and the drawing odds will be on 20st of June. The closing of Competition, the awarding and the Gala of laureates will be on 25th of June.
